Human Rights Policy

- We are committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Japan and in each country or region where we conduct business. We also pledge to respect and actively promote international human rights standards to the fullest extent.

- We provide regular training to all our officers and employees to ensure that they correctly understand this policy and respond appropriately.

- We recognise that efforts to the following human rights issues related to our business activities are important elements.
- 1) Discrimination and Harassment
- We respect the human rights of each individual and will not engage in any acts that violate human rights, such as unfair discrimination based on race, skin colour, religion, creed, gender, social status, disability, sexual orientation, or other human rights violations, such as sexual harassment.
- 2) Prohibition of Forced Labour and Child Labour
- With regard to child labour in Japan, we do not employ children until the end of the first 31st of March that occurs on or after they have reached the age of 15, and in other countries we do not employ children below the working age specified by local laws and regulations.
We also do not use, participate in, or benefit from forced labour.
- 3) Freedom of Association
- We respect the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of our employees, and do not discriminate in any way based on the exercise of these rights.
